Tokenization and Redemption

The tokenization and redemption processes are core to COPM. With this processes we ensure that COPM is always fully backed and redeemable in a 1:1 manner^*.

Eligible Customers

Registrations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures are currently a manual process. If you wish to register as a customer, you can do so by writing to onboarding@minteo.com and telling us more about your business and use case. If approved, you will receive further instructions.

Fees

For both tokenization and redemption, local tax withholdings may apply; this depends on the business nature and location of the customer. A clear breakdown of these fees is provided prior to every tokenization/redemption.

Customers are responsible for covering the gas fees for all outgoing transactions from their wallets, as well as any fees for their own outgoing bank transactions.
