Ethics Line

All stakeholders and the general public of Minteo have at their disposal the email address denuncias@minteo.com in order to report and/or denounce any event that goes against the ethical principles of the Company.

It is important to adhere to the following rules and recommendations when making a report:

• Reports can be anonymous or identified by the whistleblower.
• They should be based on reasonable, truthful, and feasible grounds related to the knowledge or suspicion of any action that may violate the Company's Code of Ethics and/or AML policy, as well as the principles and values established by the Company.
• Reports should be made in good faith, with the aim of resolving a conflict of interest or a situation that goes against the entity's ethics.
• They should not be motivated by personal interest.

The Ethics line is an important tool for companies to ensure that their employees and stakeholders operate under standards of integrity and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
